NMIT is a publicly funded organization. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that: • NMIT staff members do not engage in activities that may result in the actual or perceived use of public funds for the private benefit of NMIT staff. • Staff members making decisions on behalf of the Institute disclose and manage any conflict of interest they may have, and act in a manner consistent with their responsibilities to the Institute and the public.
